...i will begin blogging again soon
in the meantime i am learning about wikis and podcasting.
i am going to be teaching an intro. to marketing class at wharton this summer, and will plan to use a blog to manage the class, and wonder if wikis will be useful: wiki: marketing
ok, so now i am just articulating my thoughts for this class, but basically i will have each student run a blog of his / her own, as part of a student group. within each group we will have a group member responsible for one of four or five topics such as price, product, promotion and placement, and market segmentation (targeting and positioning). the four ps each have a wiki definition so we could link to those ?
Anyway, each members blog will cover their own topic while interacting with:
a. fellow group members and their different topics
b. fellow class members who focus on the same topics
they will also be required to subscribe to the class blog, their group members' blogs, the same topic blogs and other marketing related resources i identify, via bloglines.
fun stuff ... maybe ... but how to integrate wiki stuff ?
