testing blogrolling tech.
i have been looking at bloglines and blogrolling. Seem pretty decent but I am looking for an implementation that:

  1. displays a hyperlink of and to the title of the most recent post
  2. has a text description below for the name of the blog
  3. orders by most recent (blogrolling allows this)

if anyone has any ideas about the first two points, it would be great.

new site!
thanks to Eliza we are ready to launch http://www.timwoolleyracing.com. I think this site, once it gets some new blog entries etc. and some additional images, could be a very interesting site for horse racing fans. Lets see!

best of customer, worst of customer...
i now have a cell phone, and am excited to contemplate getting rid of my 'landline'. Since I already have cable modem access there seems little need for two phone lines, and the cell phone service seems much 'richer'.

Having made this dermination I thought I should inspect my 'landline' bill to see what charges I was paying, per month, before I make a call. Its approximately $90! The phone company must have loved me as a customer, no doubt i pay for services I don't use (call waiting, my phone does not allow me to see who is calling anyway etc.) Anyway, I will need to be a heavy user fo my cell phone to get the monthly bill up to $90 I guess ... (although I was in the UK last week, so we will see how much those calls cost). So I will silently move on and cancel my landline service (at the end of the summer I think).

I wonder if there is a product out there that I can 'plug' my cell phone into, when I am at home, and use it much like I would a landline phone. i.e. a 'box' that then lets me use a regular phone set when ppl call my cell phone ... now that would be way cool! (i.e. I do actually prefer using my landline phone when talking on the phone)
