more nice stuff written about me ...

As for why I got banned from ABR, it was pure and simple that whenever I raised the matter of the rise of the video gaming cartels as to when horse racing became an insidious sport for the dirty money to launder it's money, and that the use of "medicines" to alter the performance of the horses was connected through the veterinary pharmaceutical companies, (according to Arthur Hancock who I had just spoke to about these matters), they are in the top 10 of companies with the highest profit portfolios).

Perhaps Jen does have alot of cases on the public records with regard to loans since she may be a real estate agent and that becomes part of the job, in which case if I am wrong, fine, I am happy to be proven wrong on that case because I am sick to death of brokers masquerading as rescues. However, there are still alot of questions and they are never allowed to be discussed on ABR. I was banned for the simple reason that I told Alex Brown that I did not trust his judgement and the reasons that he gave for being in the country in the first place, as those reasons always seemed to change to fit a particular storyline. He bans for a variety of reasons, he says because you don't support horse racing, you get banned, then says because you are "disruptive" you get banned. I could email to you privately what he banned me for, the whole of the matter was that I would not apologize for not showing respect for him. What? Respect is a two way street. Since the posters who have raised concerns about my intentions seem to want to know the reason, I expect they will email me privately, as I do not believe that that discussion belongs on a private bulletin board.

Since Alex is British I have to think he just does not understand the matter of freedom of speech, and is challenged by people (since I am not the only one he has banned simply because he got angry at their ideas). He is here under the sponsorship of Steve Asmussen as I latter found out, and I have a very good idea why.

It is not "growing pains" to allow a criminal consipiracy who you are protecting to proliferate on a bulletin board which you claim to own. That then becomes aiding and abetting. I am not a judge and this is not the courtroom except from the standpoint of US constitutional guarantees, if he wishes to charge me with slander, also fine. There are many, many people who would stand with me and refute what he has said as to why his conduct has been what it has been.
